WINE

The monastery wine is being sanctified in the Savina Monastery traditionally on the feast of the Holy Martyr Trifun on the 14th of February. Saint Trifun is considered the protector of vineyards and winegrowers.

Sanctified wine is good for drinking in moderate amounts for the health of the soul and the body.

The label on the monastery bottle was written with a traditional Cyrillic script that originates in these regions from the 9th / 10th century, of course in the new editorial board.

The monastery offers the following sanctified wines: Merlot, Cabernet, Chardonnay and Rose.

You can also buy two types of brandy, bitters and vines that are produced from the same sanctified grapes.

Wine tasting is possible in the summer period from 10:00h to 13:00h, as well as by arrangement.

All these wines can be purchased at the monastery store.

Store Working Hours:

During the summer: from 08:00h to 18:00h

During the winter: from 08:00h to 14:00h
